User eligibility for the library
- Affiliates of the University of Tokyo
- Faculty members, graduate students, undergraduate students and university personal.
- Visitors
- Please bring a letter of introductions from other universities and institutions for admittance.
- Should you not have a letter, please contact the library in advance.
Admissions to the library
- Please present to the librarian your student ID, any personal identifications, such as your passport and/or your letter of introduction.
For reference room users
- The room is available from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
- The reservation is required. Please make a reservation for each session.
- You are not permitted to access the archive area to check out the publications of your interest.
- The archive area is off limits for all visitors. Please ask Librarians for specific publications you are interested in.

Photocopy
Photocopying by visitors
- REPRINTED publicaitons are permitted for visitors by using the copy machine in the library (mono color per copy 10 YEN, colors 50 YEN per copy).
- Other publications, not mentioned above, are not permitted.

- photocopying service by professionals is available for all publications in the archive.
